Custom Orders

All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund if approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
